Corporate Intelligence Analyst I

PGMais • Jul/2026 – Present

Built an n8n automation that monitors client billing against their credit limits. The 80/20 analysis done along the way revealed that many of the highest-billing accounts had no active control at all — something that hadn't been mapped before. I also run year-over-year comparisons of the Cross Sell and New Brands funnels, combining Pipedrive sales data with production data to support the board.

Business Analytics — Corporate Intelligence

Building strategic dashboards for C-level use, automating workflows with n8n and Python, and deploying AI agents integrated with Slack. One agent replaced an entire headcount demand and is now used daily across the company.

Financial performance dashboards, report automation and data analysis for the finance department. Delivered a freelance project in parallel: a Power BI dashboard for a CFO, approved on first presentation.

Built a Python pipeline that fully automated a critical hourly mailing process — 15-20 min down to ~7 min per cycle, 27% efficiency gain. Designed to enable my own internal transfer without disrupting operations.
